My oldest son will be 18 within days, but last summer, he was beaten by a 31 yr old neighbor and our local arson investigator...who just so happens to be in his 50's. The police came after me. Why? My child is "strange," the 9 year old is still in diapers, well, pullups, nothing else fits him. SSI has cut benefits in half and wont help with diapers on insurance plus they say that I make too much money, so I owe THEM 14,000.00. I live only on child support, when and if it comes. No welfare. And, if I really want them, I can have 7 dollars a month in food stamps. I was just sued for a 1,600.00 balance left on an 8 thousand dollar credit card bill that I used to support and feed my kids through the divorce and no child support. It is neverending. I am so tired, I never get a break. Last week my 9 year old went completely nuts over a toy in the store...a woman looked at me and said, "can't you control your goddamned kid?" I rarely loose it, but after having my shit and bra ripped off..I said, "look you stupid bitch...he has autism...and your excuse would be?" Everything is broken in the house. They have put their heads through windows. I get a few hours a week of a pca...that's it. Welcome to Massachusetts!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6668872919742870494.post-856367750932079582008-02-07T20:19:00.000-07:002008-02-07T20:19:00.000-07:00In CA the county helps pay for diapers for childre...In CA the county helps pay for diapers for children with disabilites. They also pay for 35 hours of ABA per week for children up 7 and other in-home services. I don't know about Utah's policies, but it might be worth looking into other states policies.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16360513481403304235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6668872919742870494.post-4148841111424630262008-02-07T13:47:00.000-07:002008-02-07T13:47:00.000-07:00Why leave the over flowing crap bucket at the fron...Why leave the over flowing crap bucket at the front door? You can pick which name brand diapers you want, we chose Pull-ups and pick them up at the pharmacy in our local CVS store. You will need a prescription from your doctor for them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6668872919742870494.post-38141338456070844372008-02-06T23:36:00.000-07:002008-02-06T23:36:00.000-07:00God Bless PAMPERS!! There are days I could pull my hair out! There are other days I'm so proud I cry. Just last week we learned a new sound (now we can make the "F" sound - hooray!!!). Please keep your faith and your sense of humor. Know that there are lots of people out there who know what you are going through. If you're ever in Michigan, let me know - we can meet at a restaurant and have our kids take over the place!!!!Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07570853996465554350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6668872919742870494.post-49260478199488468412008-01-23T21:31:00.000-07:002008-01-23T21:31:00.000-07:00No one takes poop more seriously than Robin!
